Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days for your online order to be processed for shipping from the UK (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.  You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.  Please keep in mind that as we work very hard to maintain healthy stock levels, there may be times when we might have to communicate delays in getting cargo from Uganda.  If you ever need any assistance with your order or help arranging a special delivery, please get in touch via the Contact button or email us.

Brighton, UK - Local collection is available. Simply select this when you place your order and either email or ring us on +44 (0)7726650121 to schedule collection. 

UK Delivery & Costs

Postage costs are calculated by weight and in accordance with published Royal Mail fees.  We offer First and Second Class Options.  Heavier parcels may be sent via courier (UPS, FedEx, etc).

Global Delivery & Costs

International postage costs are also calculated by weight and in accordance with published Royal Mail International Standard fees.  Heavier parcels may be sent via global courier (UPS, FedEx, etc).

Uganda Delivery/Collection & Costs
